Book had cracked loose back hinge so back cover loosened. Requested partial refund but told not allowed, so had to go refund route. Refund amount was only partial so if returned would have been out about $5 with return postage. If rarely have had to ask for partial refund previously have never asked for much -just enough to make seller realize needs to make accurate description of book. Have the big used book sellers become cavalier about their descriptions. Everything is “good”-but not really!
