The Terms and Conditions set out below, apply to all transactions that occur through our eBay store. All of our products have been selected on the basis that they are to be used by you for domestic purposes only. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss that you incur, due to you using our products for commercial purposes.
 
 
YOUR ORDER
When you place an order, you will be sent an order confirmation email from eBay with the details of your order. You will also be sent a second email with a payment receipt for your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of your order, and the formation of a legal contract between ourselves and you, will take place when we dispatch your order. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our Returns Policy if your order has already been dispatched.
 
 
ORDER DISPATCH
Your order will be dispatched within the same working day. Our working days are from Monday to Friday, 10.01am – 10:00am (excluding bank holidays in England and Wales). If you place an order at 9.59am on a Friday, then your order will dispatched on the Friday. If you place and order after 10.01am on a Friday, then your order will be dispatched on the next working day. We only dispatch our orders to the United Kingdom, including eBay's Global Shipping Program.
 
 
DELIVERY
All postage charges and estimated delivery dates, are displayed in the Postage & Payment section of each product listing. Delivery times are dictated by Royal Mail and are out of our control. We make every effort to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee delivery on that date, or accept any responsibility for your order not being delivered on that date. We do not accept any responsibility for any charges and any other associated charges you incur, due to your order not being delivered, or due to your order not being delivered by the estimated delivery date. If your order is returned to us due to a none collection by yourself, you will only be offered a partial refund, where £3 will be deducted from your payment to cover our postage costs.
 
 
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you have received your order and it is incorrect, then please contact our eBay customer service team immediately. We apologise for the error in the processing of your order, and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
 
 
DAMAGED ORDERS*
If you have received a product that is damaged upon its arrival, then please contact our eBay customer service team immediately. You have the right to a replacement product, provided that you inform us reasonably quickly. In the event that there is no replacement product available, then you have the right to a full refund. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage that has occurred. We do not accept any responsibility for a product after it has been received safely by you. All products are inspected and photographed before they are dispatched. Any product that has fair wear and tear, that has had its seal broken, that has been opened and used, or has been damaged accidentally by you, will not be classed as a damaged order.
 
 
LOST ORDERS*
Please complete the steps set out below, before contacting our eBay customer service team. If you have not received your order after completing these steps, then your order will be recorded as being lost. You have the right to a full refund, provided you inform us within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
 
1. Check that the postman has not left your order with one of your neighbours
2. Check that your order has not been returned to your local Royal Mail Post Office or your local Royal Mail Delivery Office
3. Ensure that 14 calendar days or more have passed since your order was due to be delivered
 
 
* Please note: That all damaged and lost orders will be claimed for by us. If you receive a refund for a damaged or lost order, then we will submit your personal details (name, address & email address), your photographic evidence (damaged orders only), and the eBay order reference number to Royal Mail as part of our claim.
