1.The owner and administrator of the Shop is: Jan Wydro LOCK – TEL based in Bochnia, Kościuszki Street 7/2, 32-700 Bochnia - Poland, NIP 868-171-73-92, REGON: 852703199; e-mail address: office@funnycase.eu, tel. 0048 12 210 00 80 (avaiable monday-friday. from 8.00 to 16.00).
2. Every price appearing on the shop’s website are gross prices (they include the VAT tax). The shipment must be added to the price.
3. Every product is carefully packed and secured. If the shipment address is different from the one on the allegro service/shop’s website, we ask you to write it down after purchase in the delivery form.
4. The VAT invoice is attached to the shipment.
5. Shipments are carried out only in Europe.
6. At the time of delivery, the customer should check, in the presence of the supplier, whether the shipment is not damaged or breached due to transport.
7. Placing an order and making a purchase in the Store is conditioned by the proper completion of the registration form on the eBay Website and placing an order on the Store's website / auctioning the product on the Store's website.
8. Placing an order gives the Customer the obligation to pay.
9. Each order is confirmed by the Store within 24 hours of placing the order, except for statutory holidays. If it is not possible to confirm the order resulting from the Customer's fault (eg. wrong telephone number), the placed order will be canceled within 48 hours of its submission.
10. The contact between the Store and the Customer is done via email and also via the contact form or telephone.
11. Orders in the store can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year, however, they are not executed on public holidays.
12. In the event of the lack of the ordered product, the Store will inform the Customer about this fact without delay, but no later than within 7 days. In such a case, the customer has the right to resign from all or part of the order, or to agree to exchange the unavailable product with another one, offered by the store. In the event of cancellation of all or part of the order, the prepayments made will be returned within 7 days after the Store has received the information about the cancellation.
