I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Easy replacement in theory, but you need electrical connector and probably 'o' rings

    My 12 year old Flojet was becoming increasingly noisy. The new pump is supposed to be the direct replacement, however the maximum pressure is 30psi, rather than the 25psi of the older pump. However, no leaks in the motorhome water system to date. The new pump is very quiet compared to the old unit. Very easy to install. Pump comes with two new in/out fittings with new 'o' rings. BUT, the new pump has bare end power cables, and my Swift motorhome used a neat little connector for the power supply. I couldn't find a specific replacement for this connector, but have made do with a (mains power) connector courtesy of Screwfix. Likewise, I had difficulty sourcing an additional 'O' ring for the filter housing. I toured the local 'o' ring suppliers and they were able to offer replacements.

    Replacement Pump

    Post pre-season clean and service of the caravan discovered that the water pump was playing up with an over heating motor. Needed a replacement ASAP as was planning on going away for a break within a week. Ordered this pump which arrived within 36 hours with all required fixtures and fittings making swapping it over literally a 10 minute job. New pump working well and providing good pressure on demand.

    Easy retro fit

    Didn’t realise how annoying the water problem was until we changed the pump, prior to changing, we had to keep bleeding the air out of the taps, now once bled through the water runs freely

    Package

    The pump came wrapped in bubble wrap but was disappointed that when I opened the package a small amount of water came out. I purchased this pump as a stand by replacement and it could have been several weeks before I opened it.

    Direct replacement for one that is 10 years old. 20min install including changing the connection terminals. Runs like a dream
