Did not receive THIS book (see photo of what received instead - an older version I am assuming) PLUS the binding of the book is totally disconnected through most of the book. I would never indicate "GOOD" condition for a book that has its foundational binding undone. Bad call by ThriftBooks. (the other three books I ordered from them are okay.)
