We are a professional online/telephone specialist builders merchant with an established track record of sourcing, supplying and shipping difficult to find building materials around the globe.
 
If you have a small household project, a large building site, are converting your camper, caravan or motorhome, or just insulating your shed we can supply the items you need, reliably and quickly throughout the UK and Europe.
 
Our customer service assistants are available from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, and will always respond to your queries within hours where possible.
 
We are UK based, with UK-held stock available for next working day delivery throughout mainland UK, and within 3-5 days for Highlands and Islands.
 
 
 
PAYMENTS
 
We accept payments by PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Bank Transfer.
 
Should you wish to pay with a method other than PayPal, please contact us after confirming your purchase.

We also offer payments via cash on collection from our Swansea warehouse.
 
Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment.
 
 
 
SHIPPING
 
Multiple orders may be combined into a single package for delivery.
 
Free Delivery is a 3 - 5 day delivery service within Mainland UK only.
 
Express Delivery is a two day courier (within Mainland UK, additional time may be required for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK).
 
Shipments on items to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK may be subject to additional shipping charges.
If you are concerned about shipping costs to your area, please contact us prior to ordering.
 
Shipments outside of UK: for larger items, we have done our best to estimate costs to your location, but as the costs of shipping are subject to frequent change this may not always be as accurate as we would like.
We would kindly request that for any orders of larger items to be sent outside the UK to contact us prior to ordering to ensure that shipping charges are correct to your location.
 
Please note that we will only ship to provided addresses via eBay. If you make an error on your address, please notify us ASAP as we cannot always change addresses after sales are completed.
 
 
 
RETURNS
 
We always try our best to ensure that our goods are in the best possible condition and, where applicable, in full working condition when they leave us.
However we do acknowledge that once in transit the unexpected can happen.
 
We do ask that all our customers contact us in such circumstances within 48 hours and we will happily replace any item damaged in transit.
 
Terms of return:
 
If you change your mind about an item we will happily take it back and offer a refund in the following conditions:
- We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return in these instances
- For any returns for changes of mind we will not be liable for any postage costs
- Items are sent back in an unopened/unused condition; We cannot accept any items back that have been fitted or used
- No refunds will be issued outside of 14 days
- Items attempted to be returned after 30 days will only be done so at our discretion
 
 
 
FAQ
 
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange any order cancellations. If you contact us to cancel your order after you have received a dispatch notification then we will not be able to cancel it.
 
How late can I order to get same day dispatch?
Our cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend and UK Bank Holidays are not collected until the next working day.
 
I have just moved and forgot to update my address, can we change it?
We do appreciate that mistakes are made, and if we have not dispatched your item then we will be very happy to change your address.
If you realise that you have made a mistake in your address, please contact us ASAP as once an item is in transit there is very little we can do.
 
I received a card but did not respond to it in time to receive my parcel. What can I do?
Courier services will attempt to deliver your items on 2 separate occasions and will leave you a card to notify you of delivery to a neighbour, a safe location or if they have had to return it to the hub.
If you do not respond to this card, the item could be returned to ourselves within 5 days (postal items may be a little longer).
If the item is returned to us we will contact you advising how you would like to proceed. It should be noted that if you wish the item sent a second time then you will be required to pay the cost of shipping.
Should you wish to be refunded instead, we will deduct a small restocking charge from your refund to cover the cost of the original parcel.
 
Can I have a Saturday or a morning delivery?
It is possible to arrange a special delivery; we will require an additional payment per item (cost is dependant on the size and weight of the items being purchased). If you wish to purchase a special delivery, please contact us to arrange at point of checkout.

    Good value

    A quality looking product with a good length for getting deep into wood I've hammered these through saplings and into tree stumps and trunks, bent a couple because I didn't strike them square but that goes for all long nails.. Too early to tell if they are killing off the trees but that takes time but probably use more the better and could also be recovered from rotten wood, a lot easier than hammering copper pipe in to them!

    KILLING OFF UNWANTED TREE STUMPS

    GREAT FOR KILLING TREE STUMPS. THE ONLY DRAW BACK , COPPER BENDS VERY EASILY, AND I LOST 30% OF MY NAILS, WHEN HITTING THEM, AND THEY BENT. MAKE SURE YOUR HAMMER STRIKE IS ACCURATE, AND FIRM, AND YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS.

    not strong enough for tree stumps

    Bought these to use to kill tree stumps. On hammering gently into stump most of them buckled/ bent as not strong enough.

    Tidy tree stumps

    It has taken ages to find copper nails of this size for the jobs i need them for. I can see clearly which stumps have been clouted.
